The Role
The AI Deployment Director owns complex deployments, client adoption, and the playbooks needed to scale the deployment function.
The role combines strategic client advising with hands-on workflow configuration, integration troubleshooting, and business reviews.
The director owns a portfolio of utility clients from activation through long-term adoption of Senpilot AI agents.
What You’ll Do
- Own client relationships and outcomes from onboarding through long-term AI-agent adoption.
- Configure workflows, validate data integrations, and troubleshoot issues alongside client engineering and operations teams.
- Work on-site during go-lives and major rollouts to resolve blockers and accelerate adoption.
- Train field engineers, compliance teams, and other end users on workflow changes.
- Build playbooks, documentation, and self-service resources that support portfolio scalability.
