Responsibilities
- Manage technical procurement activities for industrial materials, spare parts, mechanical components, consumables, equipment, services, and manufacturing related requirements
- Review purchase requisitions, technical specifications, drawings, datasheets, and scope of work in coordination with engineering, production, maintenance, and end user departments
- Conduct supplier sourcing, market research, RFQs, quotations comparison, commercial evaluation, and supplier negotiations
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify local and international suppliers based on technical capability, quality, price, delivery, certifications, and reliability
- Coordinate technical and commercial clarifications between suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Support supplier registration, prequalification, and approved vendor list activities
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure alignment with approved specifications, commercial terms, delivery requirements, and company policies
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, proper documentation, and resolution of procurement related issues
- Support cost saving initiatives, alternative sourcing, supplier development, and procurement process improvement
- Maintain proper procurement records and support ERP system transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 10 years of relevant experience in technical procurement, industrial purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain
- Good understanding of procurement processes, RFQ management, supplier evaluation, purchase orders, and commercial negotiation
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications, datasheets, drawings, or industrial requirements
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in English

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–10 years of relevant experience in technical procurement, industrial purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain.
- Good understanding of procurement processes, RFQ management, supplier evaluation, purchase orders, and commercial negotiation.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications, datasheets, drawings, or industrial requirements.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, maintenance, or engineering environment.
- Experience sourcing from local and international suppliers.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, SAP Ariba, or similar platforms.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, CPSM, CPP, PMP, or related supply chain/procurement certifications are an advantage.
