Role Overview
The company is seeking a highly organized and technically knowledgeable Technical Procurement Specialist.
The role manages sourcing and procurement of technical equipment, materials, products, and services.
Responsibilities
- Identify suitable suppliers and obtain technical quotations.
- Evaluate quotations by comparing technical specifications and pricing.
- Negotiate commercial terms and prepare purchase orders.
- Monitor deliveries to ensure materials meet technical and quality standards.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and management teams to understand requirements.
- Review product specifications and evaluate supplier capabilities.
- Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
- Support cost optimization and supplier performance management.
Requirements
