About the Role
Gift Box QA is looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Manager to manage overall digital presence and create content.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Plan and manage content calendars.
- Create graphic designs for posts, carousels, Stories, offers, promotional materials, and recruitment ads.
- Create and edit videos for Reels, TikToks, short-form advertisements, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Write captions, hooks, and basic marketing copy.
- Post and schedule content across all social media platforms.
- Manage daily Stories and keep social media accounts active and engaging.
- Follow current social media trends and turn relevant trends into content.
- Manage community engagement, including comments, DMs, and basic audience engagement.
- Manage basic Meta Ads, boosting, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Review social media analytics and identify which content performs best.
- Maintain consistent branding across all businesses and platforms.
Requirements
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator or Canva.
- Experience with CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends.
