Role Overview
Manage the company’s procurement activities, supplier relationships, purchasing processes, and contract administration.
Ensure procurement activities are completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suppliers and obtain and compare quotations.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Process purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
- Maintain accurate procurement records.
- Review and manage supplier contracts.
- Track contract renewals and contractual obligations.
- Manage multiple suppliers, contracts, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Candidate Profile
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and organisational skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers, contracts, and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
