Supervisor - Wagon delivery Services

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Wagon Delivery Services, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, staff, and management.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain high service standards while managing a team effectively.

• Supervise and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate driver schedules, routes, and assignments.
• Ensure vehicles and staff are operating in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Handle client requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Train, guide, and support team members to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, attendance, and reports for management.
• Resolve operational issues quickly to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Work closely with management to implement company policies and improve service quality.

• Proven experience as a Supervisor (transportation, limousine, or hospitality industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling tools).
• Valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
