Responsibilities
- Manage daily business operations and handle urgent client inquiries when senior leaders are unavailable
- Review and manage technical data sheets, COAs, HPLC/MS purity profiles, and quality control documents
- Answer technical product questions from clients regarding peptide handling, reconstitution, and storage
- Coordinate custom peptide synthesis requests with manufacturing partners
- Travel locally within Dubai/UAE to meet with B2B clients, clinics, and laboratory partners
- Oversee critical delivery milestones and coordinate cold chain logistics for temperature sensitive shipments
- Visit regulatory bodies or free zone authorities for compliance and import permits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related life science field
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience in technical support, laboratory management, clinical coordination, or business operations
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Based in Dubai
- Valid UAE driving license highly preferred
- Operational maturity and ability to take ownership

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly capable, scientifically qualified Technical Operations & Business Support Executive to join our peptide trading and supply business in Dubai.
- This hybrid role requires managing administrative and technical desk operations while also going on the ground to coordinate with key clients, partners, and logistics providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deputy Leadership: Step up to manage daily business operations and make critical decisions when senior leaders are unavailable.
- Executive Liaison: Work alongside senior management to implement business strategies and streamline workflows.
- Internal Coordination: Act as central point of contact between logistics, regulatory, and finance departments.
- Technical Documentation: Review and manage technical data sheets, COAs, HPLC/MS purity profiles, and quality control documents.
- Scientific Advisory: Answer technical product questions from clients on peptide handling, reconstitution, and storage.
- Inquiry Handling: Manage inbound technical inquiries and coordinate custom peptide synthesis requests.
- On the Ground Coordination: Travel locally to meet with B2B clients, clinics, and laboratory partners.
- Supply Chain & Cold Chain Oversight: Oversee critical delivery milestones and coordinate cold chain logistics.
- Regulatory Coordination: Visit regulatory bodies or free zone authorities for compliance and import permits.
Qualifications & Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related life science field.
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience in technical support, laboratory management, clinical coordination, or business operations.
- Operational Maturity: Demonstrated ability to take ownership and solve problems independently.
- High Adaptability: Comfortable splitting time between analytical office tasks and hands on field coordination.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Location & Mobility: Based in Dubai. Valid UAE driving license highly preferred.
