Requirements
- Strong experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, preferably supporting C level leaders
- Proficiency in Diary Management, including complex calendar coordination across time zones
- Hands on experience with Expense Reports and related documentation
- Solid Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Advanced proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace)
- Fluency in Malayalam and Tamil is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience

Role Overview
- This is a full time, on site role based in Bay Square in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, providing direct executive support to the CEO.
- The role serves as the CEO's trusted right hand, combining executive support with strategic client and stakeholder management.
- The role requires regular international travel opportunities across Europe.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, preferably supporting C level leaders.
- Proficiency in Diary Management, including complex calendar coordination across time zones and meeting logistics.
- Hands on experience with Expense Reports and related documentation.
- Solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document preparation, filing, and office coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace, calendar and conferencing platforms).
- Previous experience in Dubai or the wider GCC region is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Language Requirements
- Malayalam and Tamil are a must as language requirements for this role.
