- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems

Main Role
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Support team by giving direction to Technicians.
- Support improvement efforts to increase performance.
- Ensure proper handover at shift change.
- Report faults to Engineers, STOs.
Accountabilities
- Ensure team performs assigned job well.
- Train team on maintenance tasks.
- Ensure team has correct knowledge of assets/installation.
- Complete PPM correctly and on time.
- Perform corrective tasks on time.
- Assist subcontractors.
- Take care of quality of work.
- Report defects, issues, breakdowns.
- Follow duty roster.
- Report spare parts requirements.
- Follow instructions from STOs, Engineers, Managers.
- Perform other related duties.
Operational
- Comply with company standards on hygiene, dress code, behaviour.
- Comply with HSEQ standards.
- Follow client and FMM HSEQ Management System.
- Escalate lack of proper equipment or tools.
- Report accidents, incidents, near misses.
- Develop MS, RA, COSHH.
- Ensure permits are in place.
- Ensure staff have statutory training.
- Ensure staff are aware of MS/RA.
- Check control measures are implemented.
- Report mistakes on MS/RA to HSEQ.
- Ensure proper PPE and use of machines/tools.
