Main Purpose
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, assist the team, and support improvement efforts to increase performance.
- Report any fault on equipment to the Engineer, TO, STO.
Accountabilities
- Do the PPM assigned correctly and on time.
- Perform corrective tasks and complete them on time.
- Ensure high quality of their work.
- Assist subcontractors to perform the work assigned to them.
- Report defects, issues, breakdowns, damages, etc., to the Fault Reporting Center or Engineer, TO, STO.
- Follow the duty roster.
- Report any spare part requirements and availability.
- Follow all instructions as given by the TO, STO, Engineers.
- Take care of the tools, test tools and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Operational
- Comply with Company standards related to personal hygiene, dress code and behaviour.
- Comply with health procedures, quality and HSEQ requirements.
- Follow rules and regulations from client and FMM's HSEQ Management System.
- Escalate any lack of proper equipment or tools to line manager.
- Report any accident, incident, near miss or health event to line manager.
Qualification
- ITI Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of regulations (e.g., OSHA, MSDS, NFPA, BS).
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and within constraints.
- Teamwork.
