Responsibilities
- Achieve the highest quality of cleanliness by directing and coordinating the Soft Services operation in accordance with standards and policies
- Provide a clean, well maintained airport by supervising the Soft Services operation
- Lead a team of employees in the allocated zone
- Supervise the daily activities of Custodian staff and Operational Team Leaders
- Identify problem areas and formulate solutions
- Conduct continual inspections to determine overall level of cleanliness; perform follow up
- Strive to prevent accidents within the department
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, disbursement, and cost control for cleaning supplies, machines, and equipment
- Schedule and supervise all rotational and special cleaning programs as required
- Meet and exceed client expectations by ensuring department provides excellent service and teamwork
- Conduct trainings on a regular basis
- Maintain safe working conditions within department and airport
Requirements
- Experience in supervising soft services or cleaning operations
- Leadership and motivational skills to maximize employee productivity
- Ability to conduct inspections and perform follow up
- Knowledge of inventory, purchasing, disbursement, and cost control for cleaning supplies
- Ability to schedule and supervise rotational and special cleaning programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Main Purpose
- An Area Supervisor will achieve the highest quality of cleanliness by directing and coordinating the Soft Services operation in accordance with the standards and policies of FMM.
Accountabilities
- Provides a clean, well maintained airport by supervising the Soft Services operation.
- Lead at team of around employees in the allocated zone.
- Supervise the daily activities of the Custodian staff and Operational Team Leaders.

- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees and stakeholders.
