Role Description

  • The Technical Office Manager at الرواف للمقاولات Alrawaf Contracting is a full time, on site role based in the Riyadh Region.
  • The role involves overseeing technical office operations, including reviewing and coordinating engineering drawings, technical documents, and project specifications to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
  • The Technical Office Manager collaborates with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to support construction planning, resolve technical issues, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing cost estimates and budgets, tracking project progress, and supporting procurement with technical inputs.
  • The role also involves conducting technical research, maintaining organized records, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering and office processes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Technical Drawing skills and the ability to work with engineering drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
  • Candidates should possess demonstrated Budgeting skills, including cost estimation, financial tracking, and supporting project cost control.
  • Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and their application in construction and contracting projects.
  • Candidates should possess effective Research skills to analyze technical information, standards, and best practices for project support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in construction or contracting environments, ideally in a technical office or engineering coordination role.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering and office software (e.g., CAD tools, MS Office, project management applications).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
