Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit points of the construction site.
• Verify identities of employees, visitors, suppliers, and subcontractors before granting access.
• Conduct regular security patrols across the project site.
• Protect company equipment, materials, vehicles, and facilities from theft or damage.
• Report suspicious activities, incidents, accidents, or security breaches immediately.
• Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
• Ensure all visitors comply with site HSE and security requirements.
• Coordinate with site management during emergencies and evacuation procedures.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems when applicable.
• Support enforcement of company policies and site regulations.
• Assist in crowd control and traffic management within the site if required.
• Ensure gates, storage areas, and restricted zones remain secure at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Saudi Nationality.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security services, construction sites, or industrial projects is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Arabic; basic English is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor environments.
• Physically fit and able to work rotational shifts.
• Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
• Strong observation and reporting skills.
