Role Summary
Lead technical operations and coordinate project teams for construction and engineering project delivery.
Ensure projects meet required quality, budget, schedule, and technical standards.
Technical and Project Leadership
- Lead and manage the project’s technical strategy and activities.
- Coordinate with Operations, the Technical Office, site teams, and other departments.
- Plan and monitor technical work schedules and priorities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site and head office teams.
- Attend technical and progress meetings with clients and consultants.
Progress, Cost, and Documentation
- Review project progress, technical reports, and key deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, productivity, and financial performance.
- Coordinate with Cost Control to track project costs against the approved budget.
- Review project documents before final submission for accuracy and compliance.
Technical Compliance and Contractors
- Follow up on consultants’ and subcontractors’ technical and contractual requirements.
