- Lead and manage the Technical Office Department and its engineering team
- Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of shop drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Ensure effective coordination between consultants, project managers, site teams, and subcontractors
- Provide technical guidance and solutions throughout all project phases
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, specifications, and quality standards
- Review cost estimates, quantity take offs, variation orders, and value engineering proposals
- Support project planning, risk mitigation, and decision making processes
- Drive continuous improvement within technical office operations and engineering workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Office Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong background in both construction and finishing projects
- Proven experience managing technical office teams within contracting companies
- Extensive knowledge of shop drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, RFIs, and construction documentation
- Experience in residential, commercial, and large scale projects
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision making skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related engineering software
- Excellent communication skills in English

- Green Group is looking for a highly experienced Technical Office Leader to lead and oversee all technical office functions across construction projects in Riyadh.
- This role requires a strategic and hands on leader with strong expertise in construction and finishing works, capable of driving technical excellence, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless coordination between design, procurement, and project execution.
