- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a design team
- Strong command of design tools: AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and visualization software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Saudi market experience is a strong plus
