- Identify and develop new business opportunities and project leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits
- Support contract negotiations and project award processes
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Architectural Engineering, or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering within the construction and contracting industry
- Mandatory experience in fit out and finishing projects (commercial, residential, hospitality, or office projects)
- Strong understanding of project execution, finishing materials, specifications, and construction processes
- Proven experience in business development, tendering, and proposal preparation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Existing network of clients, consultants, and contractors is a plus
- Previous experience in the Saudi market is preferred
