Key Responsibilities Technical Manager (Joinery And Woodwork)
- Lead, review, and approve shop drawings, cutting lists, and material schedules.
- Ensure all technical deliverables comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with design, production, procurement, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support factory production by resolving technical challenges and ensuring correct fabrication methods.
- Oversee quality control across all stages: cutting, assembly, finishing, and packing.
- Manage material selection and optimize production processes to minimize waste.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the technical team, including draftsmen, engineers, and CNC programmers.
