Manage projects and handle the communication with client to ensure all instructions are executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Adding the project on Transparent software.
- Deliver projects on time.
- Adding the PO on transparent.
- Conduct QA using CAT tools.
- Estimate deadline.
- Handling communication with customers
- Handle different communications with the client regarding: new project, opportunities, feedback, queries, Pos, and invoices.
- Handle positive and negative feedback.
- Follow up on feedback implementation.
- What You Bring to the Table:
- Excellent to Fluent English skills.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
