Job Summary
Lead after-sales customer support, local value-added services, and operational excellence for Emerson's Isolation Valves business across the Middle East and Africa.
The role focuses on customer satisfaction, aftermarket growth, regional service capability, and operational improvements.
After-Sales Support
- Lead regional support for technical inquiries, complaints, warranty issues, and field support requirements.
- Establish governance for complaints, technical support requests, and field issues.
- Coordinate complaint resolution and maintain proactive customer communication.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide technical guidance for warranty and non-warranty support.
- Manage warranty cases, repair costs, material replacement, trend analysis, and corrective actions.
- Monitor customer care KPIs, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Develop support processes, response protocols, and technical knowledge resources.
Sales Support and Engagement
- Partner with Sales and Application teams to identify installed-base opportunities and aftermarket demand.
- Conduct customer site walkdowns and installed-base assessments.
- Support competitive displacement, obsolescence management, modernization, and lifecycle service initiatives.
