Role Overview
Lead after-sales customer support, local value-added services, and operational excellence for Emerson's Isolation Valves business across the Middle East and Africa.
Strengthen customer satisfaction, aftermarket growth, regional service capabilities, and operational performance through cross-functional collaboration.
After-Sales Support
- Lead support for technical inquiries, complaints, warranty issues, and field support requirements.
- Coordinate complaint ownership, prioritization, tracking, communication, and timely closure.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.
- Manage warranty cases, customer-care KPIs, issue resolution, escalations, and technical support resources.
Sales and Customer Engagement
- Identify installed-base opportunities through customer site walkdowns and assessments.
- Support replacement, upgrade, automation, modernization, competitive displacement, and lifecycle-service initiatives.
- Translate customer requirements into technically and commercially viable solutions.
- Develop and deliver product, service, maintenance, onboarding, and technical training programs.
