Requirements
- Strong background in software engineering with deep expertise in Linux systems, embedded development, and open source technologies
- Proven experience in automotive or industrial domains, including familiarity with standards such as ISO 26262, ISO 21434, IEC 61508, SOTIF, or ASPICE
- Hands on experience with C/C++ and Python development in embedded or systems environments
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and managing engineering teams in a distributed or global setup
- Strong understanding of functional safety, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements in regulated environments
- Experience working in agile development environments with a track record of delivering high quality software on time
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and non technical stakeholders
