- Manage end to end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to final submission and placement
- Understand client hiring needs and translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies
- Identify, attract, and evaluate qualified candidates across technology and business domains
- Conduct recruiter interviews to assess technical alignment, experience, motivation, and availability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams while maintaining clear communication throughout the process
- Build and maintain long term candidate relationships and talent pipelines
- Ensure high quality candidate submissions that match role requirements and client expectations
- Collaborate with recruitment teams and stakeholders to improve placement success and hiring efficiency
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining strong candidate experience standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search
- Strong sourcing capabilities with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and other recruitment tools
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, AI, machine learning, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, infrastructure, or product management
- Strong understanding of technical profiles and the ability to assess candidate fit
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and priorities in a fast paced environment
- Self motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
