- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, Boolean search, and professional networks
- Screen applicants to assess their skills, experience, availability, and alignment with job requirements
- Conduct initial recruiter interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and interest
- Obtain valid Right to Represent (RTR) authorization before candidate submission
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams while maintaining clear communication throughout the process
- Submit qualified candidates through the designated recruitment platform following established guidelines
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a professional recruitment experience
- Build and maintain long term relationships with candidates and recruitment stakeholders
- Review job requirements carefully to ensure high quality and relevant candidate submissions
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in one or more sectors such as IT, Non IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Executive Search
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms
- Experience conducting candidate screening interviews and evaluating technical and professional qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple hiring requirements
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to candidate quality
