with hands-on expertise in
commercial tomato greenhouse operations
, particularly in
Hydroponic And High-Tech Greenhouse Environments
.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day greenhouse tomato production operations
- Oversee irrigation, fertigation, and nutrient management programs
- Monitor and control
- EC, pH, drain percentage, and irrigation schedules
- Operate and supervise
- climate control systems
- (cooling, ventilation, humidity, temperature control)
- Monitor crop growth stages, plant health, productivity, and yield performance
- Implement and manage
- IPM programs within greenhouse production
- Supervise greenhouse labor teams and daily operational activities
- Analyze production data and implement performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with agricultural quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Prepare technical and operational reports
