Role Overview
ALEMCO is seeking a Technical Manager (MEP) to provide technical leadership across assigned projects and operational areas.
The role governs complex MEP activities and drives safe, effective, compliant, and high-quality engineering outcomes.
The position reports to the Head of Engineering and works across planning, commercial, construction, and digital engineering teams.

ALEMCO provides integrated MEP and facilities services for major developments, including electrical systems and long-term maintenance.
The company operates within ALEC Holdings, a GCC construction group delivering complex construction projects across the Middle East.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage MEP engineering deliverables with specification compliance, cost control, resource control, and coordination across design, procurement, and construction.
- Lead technical delivery from design verification through shop drawings, procurement support, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Translate consultant L3 designs into coordinated L4/L5 contractor deliverables.
- Coordinate BIM workflows, clash resolution, and DfMA integration.
