Role Overview

Role Overview
Section Manager – Electrical supporting delivery of a major, high-value data centre project in Abu Dhabi.
The role leads electrical installation works across an assigned section and ensures safe, high-quality, timely delivery within project requirements, programme, budget, and technical standards.
The position coordinates site delivery teams, subcontractors, engineering, procurement, QA/QC, vendors, and commissioning teams.
Section Delivery
- Issue daily and weekly installation plans, trade allowances, and progress feedback to delivery teams.
- Brief and enforce method statements, risk assessments, and DSTI schedules, keeping project documentation current.
- Track material deliveries and coordinate with Project Engineers to ensure materials reach stores in time for planned works.
- Distribute approved drawings and specifications and escalate scope changes through change management control.
- Maintain accurate records of constraints, resources, tooling, consumables, access, and deliveries.
- Collect and report labour performance data, KPIs, and efficiency metrics.
