About the Role
Influence and contribute to solution design and application architecture for projects supporting assigned business units.
Ensure solutions align with requirements agreed with internal and external customers.
Identify and adopt technologies, tools, and processes that improve business automation and delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the eCommerce and digital roadmap and align platform capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead integration design between eCommerce platforms and ERP systems while driving API and middleware strategy.
- Lead Agile squads, coordinate vendors, manage backlogs, and oversee sprint planning and release cycles.
- Ensure delivery quality, timelines, budget adherence, scalability, security, maintainability, and architectural standards.
- Manage SaaS vendors and integration partners and ensure platform stability and service availability.
- Monitor production KPIs and SLAs, drive root cause analysis, and support incident, problem, and change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of experience in large-scale development and systems integration projects in a senior team member capacity.
- Experience leading small teams, collaborating cross-functionally, and handling large projects across different geographies.
