Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience supporting and enhancing enterprise applications.
- Java, Spring Boot, and microservices experience.
- L3 production support experience.
- REST APIs and SQL experience.
- Unix/Linux and shell scripting experience.
- Incident management and root cause analysis experience.
- Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD experience.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for critical applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Develop enhancements and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams.
