Job Description
The role is an Engineering Lead focused on Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud technologies.
The stated experience range is 10–18 years.
The description lists Greater Noida as the location.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end microservices from design to production.
- Lead migration from monolith or EC2 deployments to scalable AWS EKS microservices.
- Define cloud-native patterns such as service mesh, autoscaling, and 12-factor principles.
- Implement Kubernetes best practices, including advanced probes, externalized configuration, graceful shutdowns, and rolling updates.
- Build high-performance REST services with Spring Boot 2.x or 3.x.
- Drive Java upgrades across versions 8, 17, and 21 and resolve compatibility issues.
- Optimize performance using Streams, CompletableFuture, and container-aware JVM tuning.
- Partner with DevOps on CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and container-first workflows.
- Implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, centralized logs, and distributed tracing.
- Lead P1 and P2 incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Improve reliability using resilience patterns, chaos testing, fault injection, and reliability scorecards.
