Role overview
Technical Architect role focused on hospitality, hotel technology, and online travel agency platforms.
Lead architecture design and technology transformation for scalable, secure, high-performing solutions supporting reservations, booking, distribution, customer experience, and travel commerce.
Location: Dubai, UAE. The role is onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for hospitality and travel technology platforms.
- Lead designs for booking, reservations, channel distribution, loyalty, and customer engagement.
- Develop scalable, secure, high-availability enterprise architectures.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and provide leadership across projects and engineering teams.
- Establish architecture governance, drive cloud modernization, and conduct architecture and performance reviews.
- Lead integrations with third-party systems, payment gateways, CRM, PMS, RMS, and distribution platforms.
- Support pre-sales and mentor development teams.
Required experience
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5+ years in solution or technical architecture roles.
