Coforge is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner or Manager with a strong background in tour operations.
The role focuses on product development, operational excellence, customer experience, and process optimization in Dubai.
Product Leadership
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for tour operations in line with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and operations teams to define requirements and prioritize features.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
Agile Delivery
- Use Scrum and SAFe practices to manage product backlogs, facilitate sprint planning, and conduct reviews and retrospectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide product enhancements and continuous improvement.
Performance and Compliance
- Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with tour operations regulations and industry best practices.
Leadership
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and foster collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
- Candidates should have extensive technical product ownership or product management experience in tour operations.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe, is required.
- Candidates should be able to lead product vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, and feature prioritization.
- Candidates should be able to analyze market trends, customer feedback, metrics, and KPIs.
- Candidates should be able to lead and mentor junior team members and understand relevant tour operations regulations.
