Program Overview
This is a structured graduate development opportunity for fresh graduates entering technical operations, quality, production, and manufacturing.
The program provides practical exposure across technical functions and projects involving production efficiency, quality, process improvement, technical risk, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in rotations across technical and manufacturing functions.
- Support production, quality, engineering, and process-improvement activities.
- Analyze production performance and operational issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, technical projects, and problem-solving activities.
- Work with cross-functional manufacturing and business operations teams.
- Develop knowledge of quality, safety, production, and technical standards.
- Participate in training, mentoring, and professional development.
- Support technical risk identification and improvement initiatives.
- Build practical knowledge of FMCG and food manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Applicants should be fresh graduates or have limited professional experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
