Storekeeper

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Check and verify received materials, documents, quantities, and storage conditions.
• Coordinate daily receiving activities and maintain accurate raw material records in the warehouse and ERP system.
• Record materials in the ERP system and ensure proper barcode tagging and storage.
• Issue raw materials to Production according to approved requests and inventory procedures.
• Apply FIFO, LIFO, par levels, and average cost where required.
• Inspect warehouse space, raw materials, and equipment to ensure proper storage conditions.
• Conduct regular and monthly stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with ERP balances.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and transaction records.
• Report stock discrepancies, quality issues, or material concerns when identified.
• Follow applicable safety, health, and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field is required.
• One to three years of experience in a similar warehouse or storekeeping role is required, while fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control is required.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is preferred.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills are required.
• Native Arabic and good English and Urdu communication skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing and warehouse environment is required.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, inventory control, or raw material handling will be highly considered.

Work Location

• The position is based in the Riyadh Industrial Area, Saudi Arabia.
