- Lead the end to end delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage cross functional teams, including Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers.
- Define project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical delivery plans.
- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee release planning, deployment activities, and post implementation support.
- Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports for executive leadership.
- Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and third party service providers when required.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high performance culture.
