- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and management systems
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, environmental regulations, and international HSE standards
- Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments across all operational sites
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Develop emergency response plans and coordinate emergency preparedness drills
- Deliver HSE training programs and promote employee awareness
- Monitor HSE performance through KPIs, inspections, and compliance reports
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and HR teams
Requirements
- Extensive experience in occupational health and safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, environmental regulations, and international HSE standards.
- Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments across all operational sites.
