- Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and construction progress
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and HSE teams
- Review and approve project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource utilization

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, government authorities, and key stakeholders
