About the Role
A client of imploy is seeking a Financial Controller in Riyadh with at least 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, a professional certification (CPA, SOCPA, CMA, ACCA), and strong knowledge of IFRS and ERP systems.

Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Manage accounting and financial management functions
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements
- Utilize ERP systems for financial operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA, SOCPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management
- Previous experience in a Financial Controller or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications
