Assignment Overview
Technical Delivery Manager position based on a six-month project assignment in Saudi Arabia as one trip.
Lead and govern technical delivery for strategic projects and digital transformation initiatives while aligning business objectives, architecture, execution, quality, and operational readiness.
Technical Delivery Governance
- Lead cross-functional technical delivery across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
- Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, escalations, and complex delivery challenges.
- Review solution deliverables, integrations, and architecture for scalability, maintainability, security, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate project management, architecture, development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, QA, and business teams.
- Drive adherence to governance frameworks, SDLC standards, documentation quality, approved architecture, and technical best practices.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management
- Act as the primary technical focal point for customer and executive stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Coordinate governance across concurrent projects, vendors, subcontractors, and technology streams.
- Govern technical delivery performed by third-party implementation partners and review their deliverables for scope, quality, standards, timelines, and customer expectations.
