Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking an Associate Expert Scrum Master to support software development projects.

The role facilitates Agile delivery and helps cross-functional teams deliver high-quality products to clients.

Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
Guide and coach the development team on Scrum practices and values.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Identify and remove impediments hindering the team's progress.
Ensure the team follows Scrum processes and continuously improves its practices.
Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to the Scrum Master and stakeholders.
Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
Act as a servant leader and foster a positive and productive work environment.
