Position Overview

The Product Owner serves as the primary communicator of feature vision to Scrum teams and core stakeholders.

Product Ownership Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain feature vision and communicate it to Scrum teams and stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs, release plans, and sprint backlogs.
- Lead user acceptance testing and resolve test defects in a timely manner.
- Prioritize bugs and hot fixes using product metrics and objectives.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams to integrate components across related solutions.
- Ensure features meet timelines, revenue or profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Demonstrate products to stakeholders and customers, including executives.
- Gather feedback, conduct customer interviews and market research, and develop features with measurable ROI.
