About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP reports, programs, enhancements, workflows, BAPIs, BADIs, and user exits
- Create and maintain SAP SmartForms and Adobe Forms
- Lead integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC/S/4HANA using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and direct APIs
- Develop and maintain connectors for payroll, recruitment, employee data, and performance management
- Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP ERP, and third party systems
- Develop and maintain interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, and SOAP/REST services
- Monitor interfaces and troubleshoot integration issues
- Review and optimise custom developments and integrations; perform ABAP performance tuning
- Work with SAP functional consultants to support end to end solutions
- Develop and deliver user training; maintain technical and functional documentation
- Provide technical support for ABAP and integrations; investigate root causes
- Lead ABAP and SuccessFactors integration projects; support upgrades and change requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
- 5 7 years of experience in SAP ABAP, SF, CPI configuration and support
- SAP ABAP certification (preferred)
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Arabic and English

Job Purpose
- Responsible for developing and integrating SAP ABAP solutions with SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless data flow and optimization of HCM processes.
- Provide deep technical expertise in ABAP programming, SAP SuccessFactors integration, and cross module integration.
- Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and secure SAP solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP reports, programs, enhancements, workflows, BAPIs, BADIs, and user exits.
- Create and maintain SAP SmartForms and Adobe Forms.
- Lead integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC/S/4HANA using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and direct APIs.
- Develop and maintain connectors for payroll, recruitment, employee data, and performance management.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
- Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP ERP, and third party systems.
- Manage data mapping, transformation, validation rules, and integration specifications.
- Develop and maintain interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, and SOAP/REST services.
- Monitor interfaces and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Review and optimise custom developments and integrations; perform ABAP performance tuning.
- Work with SAP functional consultants to support end to end solutions.
- Define and document business and integration requirements.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
- SAP ABAP certification (preferred).
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in SAP ABAP, SF, CPI configuration and support.
- Arabic: Working knowledge.
- English: Working knowledge.
