Job Overview
Provide technical support, training, governance, certification, and capability development to channel partners across the MEA region.
Ensure channel partner alignment with John Crane standards while protecting company intellectual property.
Technical Support and Coordination
- Act as the primary technical focal point for certified channel partners in the assigned region.
- Provide technical support for repair, refurbishment, assembly, testing, and service execution.
- Review technical requests within approved authorization limits and coordinate escalations with relevant John Crane teams.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Provide guidance on component inspection, repairability, assembly, testing, and reporting standards.
Training, Certification, and Audits
- Deliver and coordinate technical training programmes for channel partner personnel.
- Support certification and recertification of channel partner technicians and engineers.
- Evaluate technical competence and readiness of channel partner personnel.
- Perform technical assessments and audits of channel partner facilities.
- Verify compliance with Service Operations standards, SOPs, and quality requirements.
