- Lead requirements discovery across multi-system AI, data, and platform delivery initiatives
- Facilitate complex stakeholder workshops across business and technical teams
- Translate strategic objectives into solution-ready technical requirements
- Define functional and non-functional specifications aligned to architecture decisions
- Document integration requirements across enterprise systems and platforms
- Support architecture teams in aligning solution design with business needs
- Lead definition of data flows, interface requirements, and system dependencies
- Maintain requirements traceability across multiple delivery workstreams
- Support backlog prioritisation across engineering teams
- Contribute to discovery phases, solution workshops, and RFP responses
- Support user acceptance testing strategy and validation planning
- Mentor junior business analysts where applicable
Advanced Business Analysis Skills
- Architecture-aligned requirements definition
- Integration and API mapping
- Data flow modelling across enterprise systems
- Non-functional requirement specification
- Operating model documentation
- Cross-platform dependency management
- Technical backlog structuring
- Requirements strategy across delivery programmes
