Overview
- We are seeking a highly analytical and client focused Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of AI driven solutions.
- Reporting to the Director Customer Success, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, generate insights, and ensure solutions align with customer objectives.
Client Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, workflows, and specifications.
- Document use cases, requirements, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze operational and client data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate actionable insights to enhance delivery processes and customer engagement.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline and standardize delivery processes.
- Support the implementation of best practices in project management, documentation, and communication.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between client facing and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions while documenting outcomes and feedback.
