About the Role
Blackford Technologies is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant / Technical BA for a role in Abu Dhabi. The consultant will analyze client processes, design target-state solutions in Dynamics 365, perform fit-gap analysis, configure workflows, and support testing, training, and go-live.

- Support data loading, testing, training, go live, and early life support
Requirements
- Strong Dynamics 365 experience
- Capable of analyzing client's current in scope processes and designing target state process in Dynamics
- Experience performing fit gap analysis, assessing and mapping source data into Dynamics
- Experience supporting workflow/configuration, documenting solution design, driving UI/UX aspects
- Strong experience with Business Process Flows, Dynamics Sales configuration, source to target mapping, and stakeholder workshops

Role Overview
