Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Drive technical teams through the complete delivery lifecycle from POC to production
- Maintain backlog health, ensuring story readiness, prioritization, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
- Track timelines, milestones, budgets, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
- Identify and escalate blockers while facilitating timely decisions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, AI, data, and design functions
- Support pre sales AI and data operations activities
- Prepare concise weekly status reports, burn up/down charts, and risk mitigation plans
- Coordinate demonstrations, UAT cycles, sign offs, and action tracking
- Align scope and manage changes across stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), test plans, and release checklists
- Support compliance with security, privacy, and data governance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, MBA, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or Junior Project Manager
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar collaboration tools
- Ability to create dashboards and KPIs using Power BI or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience translating business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to drive multiple technical teams with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of technology infrastructure, AI concepts, cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and data ecosystems
- Daily onsite presence in Abu Dhabi is mandatory

Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to support the end to end delivery of strategic AI and Data initiatives within a government environment.
- The successful candidate will work closely with technical leads, product owners, sales directors, and key stakeholders to manage scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
- Candidates with experience delivering large scale digital transformation programs within government organizations or the public sector are highly preferred.
Agile Delivery & Technical Coordination
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Drive technical teams through the complete delivery lifecycle from POC to production
- Maintain backlog health, ensuring story readiness, prioritization, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
- Track timelines, milestones, budgets, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
- Identify and escalate blockers while facilitating timely decisions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, AI, data, and design functions

Stakeholder Management
- Prepare concise weekly status reports, burn up/down charts, and risk mitigation plans

- Communicate effectively with technical and business teams
Quality & Governance
- Ensure adherence to Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), test plans, and release checklists
- Support compliance with security, privacy, and data governance requirements
- Promote AI and data delivery standards, templates, and documentation practices
Commercial & Resource Management
- Assist with Statements of Work (SOW), estimates, and invoicing support
- Monitor resource utilization and team capacity
- Support internal coordination and delivery planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, MBA, or a related field
- 3 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or Junior Project Manager
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar collaboration tools
- Ability to create dashboards and KPIs using Power BI or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience translating business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to drive multiple technical teams with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of technology infrastructure, AI concepts, cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and data ecosystems
- Technical awareness is required; however, hands on development expertise is not necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering end to end implementations within government entities or the public sector
- Experience leading large scale digital transformation initiatives
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise architecture
- Experience supporting AI and data driven programs
- Arabic and English bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM are advantageous
Future Growth Opportunity
- Following the initial phase, the program will scale to support multiple delivery pods responsible for onboarding government entities onto the platform.
- Additional Scrum Masters will be introduced, creating opportunities for long term involvement and leadership across expanding teams.
Work Arrangement
- Immediate availability preferred
- Initial contract duration of 9 months
- Daily onsite presence in Abu Dhabi is mandatory
- Government background checks and security clearance processes will be initiated promptly
