Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications with a primary focus on the Ellucian Banner Student Information System
- Develop secure, scalable, and high performing applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and related Microsoft technologies
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration solutions
- Develop and maintain integrations between Banner, Oracle Fusion applications, OpenText Documentum, UAE government platforms, and other enterprise systems
- Support application integration using Azure Service Bus, API Gateway technologies, and messaging platforms
- Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, AI technologies, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
- Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Perform application troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and production support activities
- Support application upgrades, deployments, testing, release management, and post implementation support
- Perform data migration, transformation, validation, and ETL activities
- Prepare technical documentation, system specifications, integration documentation, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in enterprise application development, system integration, and application support
- Hands on experience with Ellucian Banner Student Information System is highly preferred
- Experience with ASP.NET Core & C# Web APIs
- Experience with Microservices & API Gateway Design
- Experience with Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Data Libraries
- Experience with LLM / OpenAI / Open Source AI Models
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate & Microsoft Copilot

Role Overview
- The Technical Analyst – IT Applications (Banner) is responsible for the design, development, integration, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications, with a primary focus on the Ellucian Banner Student Information System (SIS).
- The role supports HCT's digital transformation initiatives by developing secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise solutions, integrating business critical systems, automating business processes, and ensuring optimal application performance and availability.
- The Technical Analyst collaborates with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technology partners to deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance institutional efficiency and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications with a primary focus on the Ellucian Banner Student Information System.
- Develop secure, scalable, and high performing applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree is desirable.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in enterprise application development, system integration, and application support.
- Experience working within Higher Education institutions is highly desirable.
- Hands on experience with Ellucian Banner Student Information System is highly preferred.
