Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for HCT's enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot incidents, system errors, performance issues, and integration failures
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions
- Support application upgrades, enhancements, testing, releases, and deployments
- Work with business users, vendors, developers, database teams, and cloud teams
- Support integrations between SIS, LMS, ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, and reporting systems
- Prepare technical specifications, support documents, interface documents, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with HCT's security, governance, and access management requirements
- Contribute to application improvement and digital transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Enterprise application support, troubleshooting, incident management, and change management
- Working knowledge of .NET, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, Angular, and React
- Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and SQL development
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, middleware, MuleSoft, Apigee, or Azure API Management
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of application security, authentication, authorisation, encryption, and access management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communication with technical and non technical stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple technical issues

Job Overview
