About the Role

Responsibilities
- Gain insights into the Aftersales department’s daily operations at the regional office
- Support parts supply, logistics, and claim management in coordination with MEA markets and Porsche AG
- Assist the Director and Technical Service Excellence Manager with operational and strategic tasks
- Support in creating presentations for business reviews, performance updates, and management meetings
- Manage monthly reporting and support the Aftersales business reports and data input from markets
- Contribute to the development of the Aftersales BI Project by defining and implementing analytical use cases within the IT system
- Support with Aftersales IT requests, creating user access profiles based on market requirements
- Coordinate department meetings, workshops, projects, and conferences
- Step in and cover the HQ reception desk
Requirements
- Passion for cars and interest in the Porsche brand
- University studies in Business or engineering or related areas
- Excellent oral and written English language skills
- Advanced MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- IT Skills (e.g. Power BI)
- Attention to detail
- Outgoing personality
- Quickness to grasp new tasks
- Independent work style, self management
- Availability for 6 months

Overview
- At Porsche, the Aftersales department is responsible for all activities that keep the sold cars in perfect condition for our customers.
What to expect?
- Gaining insights into the Aftersales department’s daily operations at the regional office
- Supporting parts supply, logistics, and claim management in coordination with MEA markets and Porsche AG

Contractual Terms
